Perfect location in the city. Exceptional and friendly staff. The front desk staff were extremely accomodating all throughout my visit. My short wknd in the city was perfect thanks in no small part to the Copley Square. A wonderful little "old" hotel (it was built in 1891, but renovated in 2022) that perfectly balances the modern amenities with the uniqueness of its age. If you're staying in the city, I highly recommend Copley Square Hotel!

Staff amazingly responsive. Hotel short distance from parking,|great restaurants, and shopping. Room very quiet, and furnished with great solid feel. My wife and I will definitely base here for our next visit to the art museum or the Boston Library

We stayed here for 3 nights over New Years weekend and had an excellent stay. The staff are super helpful and accommodating. We requested a late checkout and were able to stay until noon. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are small but cozy. The bed and pillows were very clean and comfortable. The shower was strange but had good water pressure and the bathroom was very clean. We stayed on the very top floor and had no issues with noise from the street or other patrons. No complimentary breakfast is offered, only free coffee which was probably the worst coffee I have ever had but it's free so I can't complain much about that. The hotel is in a great location right by the Boston Public Library and had easy access to the Green Line. 10/10 would stay here again and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an upscale hotel stay in a great location.

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! It’s an older hotel so it came with its quirks but it had so much history! The staff were so nice and helpful. From the front desk to the housekeepers they were all very friendly and will to help out with anything. The location was also great. It was our first time in Boston and we wandered all over and I’m so happy we decided to stay in Back Bay. I would highly recommended this hotel to any first time visitors and I would definitely stay here again.
